Questions about pricing

Is there a free trial?
There is a free preview instead: record and transcribe in your browser with no sign-up. When you join, your preview notes are imported into your workspace.
What does the membership cost?
$1.99 a month or $18.99 a year, in US dollars. Every feature is included on both.
Is it priced per seat?
No. jotty.pro is a personal workspace for one person, so there are no seats or team plans.
Do I pay for AI on top?
Not to us. On-device transcription and AI are part of the membership. If you route a task to a cloud provider on your own key, that provider charges you for it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click and there are no further charges. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
What happens to my notes if I cancel?
They are stored in your browser, not on our servers. Export or back them up before you go.
Why isn't the whole thing free?
Running a service costs money, and a small fee keeps spam and bots out. Every dollar goes back into building the product.
